Can US citizens participate as well? Curious, sounds great. I just took my training this past November and am easing in to it. It's been many years since something has been a full on "Yes" for me - and I'm still not a Type A, therefore the easing in to it. I just took my training this past November and am easing in to it. It’s been many years since something has been a full on “Yes” for me – and I’m still not a Type A, therefore the easing in to it. I have recently done some long distance sessions and was somewhat amazed at how well they were “received.” I love it.
